Myself is SUNIL KUMAR and I have a RIM mobile whose no. is 9350549030.On /04 I got a message from RIM customer care no. 9322553555.The contents of the message is as under:-

STD call rates like nevr before, as low as 25p!! rechg with NCC250 & get full talktime of Rs. 226, valid for30 days, T&C apply. Reliance 8/4 5.P.M.

Thereafter there was a call from the customer care for the same offer. Responding on the message and call, I made a call on Rim cstmr cre no. *333 for further details, the contents of the message was confirmed and it was further told that STD call rate@25p is applicable between11pm to 6am and it can be recharged with easy recharge. Next morning I approached a STD BoothVerma Communication centre, nearby my residence at RZ-I-27, West Sagarpur, ND-46 for availing the RIM offer. My mobile recharged for Rs. 250, Intead of gettin Rs.226 as talktime I got simply Rs..01 as talktime.later on it was told by the booth owner that It is a tarrif. of Rs.250 on which there is an offer of gettin 100 local calls free from RIM toRIM.I really did not want it It was sheer wastage of my hard earned money for which I will go to Consumer Forum also, if not Converted into NCC250 Recharge. It bcause of abject negligence of the company and its agencies.
