TO WHOMSOEVER IT MAY CONCERN

i have made so many complaints before you regarding my airtel number 9958657183 but no action have been taken yet. yesterday also i talked to one of your executive REGARDING MY PROBLEM named Mr Chetan and he told me the same thing which all the other executive told me.. the problem is i haven't got the free airtime (A2A) balance of Rs. 50 which i was getting till last month. i didn't gEt it for this month..finally i am making a humble request before yop to please do the needful. when i took this number the executive told me that you will get this facility for 2 years... please do the needful on priority basis.
