Dear Sir/ Madam,
I have bought Acer Laptop in Aug. While Buying the Laptop i was given1 Year International Warranty 2 years addtional Local Warranty (For India).
2 months Back my Laptop Power Button statted giving me Problem. But when i went to Acer Service Centre in Hyderabad Near Scundrabad they r saying that they cant Help me as i myself need to go to company sort the issue.
I have my Laptop in Warranty Period and If Companys Authorised Dealers / Service Centres give me a reply what should i do. Where should i go and ask for help. I cant go to service centre and fight.
Plz help me. I do have all the bills and Warranty receipts, My Laptop Model no is Aspire 5583NWXMi and SR No is LXAXVOCO1172802FOE2505.
