Sub: Complaint of an Officer of Union bank of India Rampur Main branch.
Sir, I “RAFEY WASEEM “ i am the customer of union bank of india Rampur (u.p) main branch, sinc last 5 years and i have one saving account and one current account of my firm, we gone through daily transactions in the bank . all the bank staff known me and my firm, just because not i am the customer, because i have my firm just opposite of the bank. Today the monday i get in to the bank at the time 11.20 am i directly go to the manager’s chamber and ask him that my Atm card is not working, he said to be wait for a officer named Mr. Mukesh, i actually don't know his designation in the bank .i waited for half an hour, but he didnt came from home till now its 11.50,
I ask again to the manager then he say that please come after lunch at 3.00 pm then due to some my bussiness i can't get in the time, but when i get in the bank its 3.50 pm some customers wer in the bank and the gate was closed. i ask the peon to open the gate, the peon didnt listen me but the Mr. Mukesh listend me, and he use the volgurest and cheap language with me and abusing all the customers, the language which he used for me i cant say right hear now, Its a shame full for the reputatiuon of bank and reputation of us also, we are the reliable persons in the society and can take any action through it on the spot, we can answer him in his language on the spot too, but thats not our way, he show his low class mentelity and low class banking too, By this whole issue i suffer alot because my card is not working and i get much pain and dperessed, because i have to deposite some fund and on next day i have to go out of station .and the next day is holiday and the day after tomorrow is also a gazzeted holiday.
so its my humble request to take and urgent action toward the case and faulty officer Mr. Mukesh,
otherwise we are liable to take any action toward the bank or its staff,
we want his guilty in front of us, nothing else,
