Dear Sir,

I bought acer laptop in September. It started the Screen Flickering Problem in the month of November. i gave the laptop to the service center at Hyderabad in may but after 2 month it again started i gave it again in July. till now it was in the warranty period but it seems that these people want to make money that is why they do not take care of the laptop comes in the warranty. i am saying it because in the month of November the problem started again and due to some of my problem i could not given it to the service..

Now the company's Customer Care are saying that you have to pay, anyway i will pay but what is the guaranty that this time i will get the proper solution of my problem

Sir, Please suggest me what should i Do and also tell me the procedure to file a case..
