FAULTY NEROLAC SILKY WHITE WASHABLE DISTEMPER

I had purchased two drums each of 20 litres Silky White Washable distemper from R.S. Paints, C5A Janakpuri, New Delhi in the month of August- September for colouring our house at C/C3A-364, Janakpuri, New Delhi – 110058. Later on using the same it was found defective.

In this regard I made complaint to R.S. Paints from whom I did purchased the distemper who called the company Sales Representative taking the order (Mr. Sumit) at that time who along with other senior official of the Company made a visit to our house and checked the distemper applied on the walls and found the same defective. Mr. Sumit on calling his mobile informed that our complaint had been forwarded to their Mumbai Office. After a month or so I came to know that our complaint for replacement had been approved. After sometime on calling him Mr. Sumit informed that he is going on leave and would settle the matter soon after rejoining the office after his leave. After a month when I called his office (9818699183, 98186991783) I came to know he has been transferred from Delhi. Later I came to know that he has been transferred to Dehradun. Since he was the only person who knew about our case, I tried to get his Mobile and somehow got his mobile (Mobile 09758565120) and talked about my case. He promised to speak to Delhi office in this regard. After repeated follow ups with Dehradun office and Delhi Office, the case was finally briefed to Delhi Officials and finally the case was handed over to Mr. Varun Sareen, Area Sales Manager (Mobile No. 9910885654) and 3-4 months before he informed me that he had again taken the approval from Mumbai office, as the approval taken earlier by Mr. Sumit had gone missing. Off and on I talked Mr. Varun Sareen, Area Sales Manager over his mobile sometime he informed that he is in the meeting, he will call me back or he is out of town on official duty and will give me a call back on his return. In the last week of December when I called Mr. Varun Sareen on his mobile I received a message that he is in Dubai and will get in touch with me on his return. Lastly in January 3 I called him wherein he promised to revert back to me to let me know the procedure to give replacement of 20 litres (which costed me Rs. 2100/- per drum). In this way 2 years 2 months have passed wherein my case is still not settled.

But now for the past one month I am trying to get in touch with Mr. Varun, who is now avoiding to pick my mobile whenever I call him. Now he is changing his stance by offering me Gillette Razor of Rs. 100/-200/- in place of 2 drums costing me Rs. 4, 200/- plus mental agony, harassment, financial losses on my telephone / mobile calls made to him / Mr. Sumit, Company’s Office.

Is that the way a reputed company dealing with the customer. Now my request to please settle my case at the earliest.
