I have purchased Netgear wireless router on 14/12 from INTENCITY, M.G. Road Pune.

Model Name :- Netgear Router W/L WGT624. Its under 1 year warrenty period.

Initially once istalled it was workng fine however at later satges start giving error and we are now unable to connect through wireless router.

We have given the router to Rashi Peripherals Pvt. Ltd. Pune (Through INTENCITY) on 02/076, who is authorised service provider of Netgear in Pune on M.G. Road.

The details for the issue slip as follows

R. no. - 646, dated 02/06, RMA no. 1340, Part no. 1N81847B01026, Ch No.- INTENCITY.

Even after sevice... we are facing the same issue with the product as earlier and whever tried to contact INETCITY and Rashi, couldn't get proper response and supoort.

This is worst ever experience I had with Netgear support.

Even after investing so much money with the product... we are unable to use it and noy getting support.
