I cant use that kit

When i recieved that kit by courier i send 3 times email at [email protected] because of i m not understanding how can i use that kit how can i create my account how can i start my work to earn money by that kit. But there i dnt recieved any reply from there so kindkly solve my problm and do the need ful.
