I have your broadband connection type -2, since six months but i found very horrible service from your end, i made complaint since 1st july till date but no result your customer care officer ask daily new questions how it happens why it happens, promisses to improve system but no results. Now i am planing to close this service so pl arrange to take back mordem & do not include bill from this month othervise i have to go court for this matter. My problem is very low speed intrupt signal & no wy fi connectivity.
