Poorest battery backup & no customer care

I have Acer travelmate with me, which is known as best series of laptop in ACER brand.but this materpiece can't withsatnd for more than half an hour without power. I was palnning to buy 2 more laptop from Acer, but i guess i need to rethink on my decision. ACER has poorest customer service i am sorry to say if you cant handle your customer please shut your shop...
