Have purchased Optra Magnum from Padam Motors, Ludhiana.Co got the insrance done from New India Insurance co.
Had an accident in Feb 08. For the same, claim is still pending. After n number of follow ups, phones, visits and mails, we are being told that the claim reimburssed will be done in a day or two. Almost a year now.
