Sir I am working in IT sector as Engineer employee in Oracle financial Service Banglore and My residence is HSR layout. I am having passport, PANCARD and copy of rent agreement with owner of house and I contacted to your dealer for new gas (LPG) domestic connection but he refused for providing of connection as well as registration of application for this purpose. I do not understand why he refusing for providing LPG connection where as my self having national Identity ie PANCARD & Passport and appointment letter issued by my employer. He asking me family card issued by local stat e authority which is not available with me. My self incomtax payee person no any benifit is being allowed to me on family card (RATION CARD). Please issue necessary instrunctions to dealer and guide in the matter to whom I may approach so I can get LPG domestic connection, Kindly help to me in this matter and my residence address is 399/A 18th main cross opp HSR club HSR layout Banglore 560034
