New Mobile pre-paid connection
Non receiving of Incoming calls

Dear Sir,

I would like to state that I have purchased New Connection Mobile from through the dealer and got new connection. I am using the same connection for the last ten days. But i am not received any call in the same number from the date of purchase (10 days).

1. I had approached the dealer. The dealer had submitted all relevant papers to the distributors. The distributor says he had also submitted the same paper in your company.

2. My dealer had made so many contacts with his distributor but he did not give any possitive answer. On 19/9, The I again approached to the dealer my incoming calls are not coming in my mobile. He called immediately to the distributor regarding the same matter 4 - 5 days back. On 19/9 in the night 9' O clock I again approached the help line 121 and they in turn tranfer the call to the Senior Officer, I informed the whole matter to him and he told me that to make a complaint against the distributor and dealer by giving the email ID.

3. Since I am facing lot of problems from last 10 days, due to non receiving the incoming calls, I being a trusted customer with Airtel connection, it would adversly effect the to the reputation the Airtel. Today I again visited to your Sector 34, Chandigarh office, then I came to know that the office has shifted to IT Park location. Then I again went to IT Park Office there I had a very grate setback. There I informed to contact your head office in Mohali. In great stress I approached your head office in Mohali there I came to know that the relevant papers have been received today and the connection will be operational working by 08 O clock.

4. I would like to know that where the obstcle has created and what are the lapse between the dealer, distributor and your company. Why shall I been harassed for 10 days to take connection? Is it good for your reputation? Your company is full responsible regarsuing these lapses.

I shall be highly appreciated, to investigate the matter and take approprioate action against the concerned staff and the lapses between the disbutor and your management which brings a bad reputation to your company.

Please intimate immediately your response for which I shall be very thankful.
