New purchase offer
Misuse of the term "Loyalty Bonus"

Sir.

I was interested in purchasing a Wagon-R Model VXI . The Dealers representative explained me the offers and since I am a maruti 1000 owner told me that I can also avail a "Loyalty Bonus" of Rs.15000/-plus the price of the car when sold. I agreed and was told to pay a booking amount of Rs, 10000/- which I paid immediately. As my car was parked for a long period the battery has run down and could not start. Now the dealers representative informs me that I will only get the "Loyalty Bonus"and nothing will be paid as price for the car and that I have to hand over the car to them without any monetory compensation if I need to avail the Loyalty Bonus.

Sir, if I sell my car to the scrap dealer he has offered to pay Rs. 20000/- for the car in scrap condition Then why is the dealer wanting me to surrender the car without paying me its price.

Kindly explain to me the meaning of the term "Loyalty Bonus"used by your dealers. Is it paying the customer only if you can make monetory profit by selling the customers car at a profit, or Giving the customer the " Loyalty Bonus" to be loyal to maruti by buying a Maruti Car after selling his Previous Maruti car?

Kindly explain

Zahiruddin
