Hindustan times news papers not received

Dear Sir/Madam,

We have not received last five days Hindustan time’s news papers (two copies) I have already spoken to our Agency Mobile No.

9914351270. He is told me Agency change to PH-1 Agent and confirmed next day morning start the news paper. But till date news paper do not start. But Agent’s Mobile is ring and ring no pickup. I had only mobile number in agent. I have availe six month coupons scheme started from Aug ‘ 08, but Coupons not received from Agent.
