Charged more for local blender with no MRP tag

I purchase a Blender from "Balaji Traders" in Dwarka, Delhi. On25th July i read in newspaper "Hindustan Times" that there exchange offer is going on.

They gave me a Blender of some local company in RS 1650. They charged me 1150 through credit card and my old blender the cut in 500 RS. I just saw that there is no Price tag on that Blender's Box and when i asked some more dealers then i found that the blender has a cost of 1000 RS. So they charged me extra 650 RS.

Please help me in this regard to catch such dealers. Even they gave me a receipt of RS 1150 only.
