On 24/10, I bought Samsung Washing Machine (Fully Automatic) at Vikas puri retail shop and they have promised to pay/ delevier the 3 gifts with the purchase which are :- (1 :- Toster of Next, 2:- Vacume clearner and 3) Travelling bag)
Unfortunately, none of the gifts has been delevier to me till now :- 03/11. The service was inadequate because every time they are telling that they dont have in the stock. I am disappointed because the service was not performed correctly, I was billed the wrong amount as all the gifts cost must be include in the total cost of electronic which I purchase of Rs /- 14000.
To resolve the problem, I would appreciate your specific action - to get my gits with the loss of my money and other expense like time.
