My husband bought a LG LCD tv, Model no. FR80 from NEXT showroom, Kodambakkam, for which gifts worth rs5, 000 are due.
The showroom salesmen, inspite of several phone calls remain irresponsive and are hardly taking
any action. The consumers are taken for granted and it is so embarassing for me to call again and again enquiring about the gifts.
Is this the way the showroom authorities treat a customer who has purchased goods worth rs 45000?
Is this what is consumer satisfaction/consumer delight all about?
They are blaming the LG company for not issuing as they are yet to receive the same.
Is this true? Can LG clarify on this? Can NEXT showroom manager explain the reasons and take immediate action to deliver the gifts?
