I am icici bank VISA card holder. I have 2 complaints.
1 I made an online payment for Municipal Tax to Pune Municipal Corporation by my VISA card no. 4477 4605 4160 6010 on 3rd June. This was for the property no. P 4 01 00387000. The amount of tax was Rs.3598. It seems it awas credited to another property as I got a wrong receipt.
The amount is not yet credited to my property as yet. I have lodged a complaint with the Pune Municipal Corporation and not got it redressed yet.
I did not get a claim for this amount for the payment from you in which the the payment details along with the party whom the payment was made. Only when I get this notice I can take up the matter with the corporation.
2 I also made the payment of this amount due on the credit card on the 4th July by cheque no. 499521 drawn on ICICI bank Shivajinagar, Pune branch. This cheque was dropped in the drop box in the Citycenter building on Karve road near Garware College Pune 411004. I have not only received the receipt yet but instead I received a raminder e-mail.
I request you to look into this matter and do the needful at the earliest.
I also request you not to send me e-mails as I am a senior citizen age 73 and do not use the computer regularly. Please correspond with me either through post or courier.
I tried to log on your website www.icicibank.com but could not complete some feilds like year of birth. You may please finfd out the lacuna.
