Tag users are suffering due to other cash lane users and pass holders enter the lane. This defeat the purpose of automation. The cash payment is better off currently because they need not pay any advance and enjoy equal benefits.
All tag users should get together to file legal complaint against DS construction limited on not providing the promised services.

The revenue so generated should go into discounting tag servcies and reducing the charges for them. This shall encourage tag usage and clean up the mess.
