Delhi Gurgaon Expressway - Toll Plaza Gate 13 did not provide receipt at 03:50am on 27-aug while going from Gurgaon towards Delhi saying that this is a tag line and he cannot provide receipt against payment of Rs. 21. Whereas, while coming back from Delhi towards Gurgaon, Gate no. 23 provided the receipt after payment of Rs. 21 at 04:15am on the same day and this was again Tag line.
I used tag line in the early morning because there was a long queue of trucks in the early morning.
I have observed this many times that be it a tag or a non-tag line, toll gate attendants at gurgaon toll plaza avoid giving receipts during the night and they try to keep this money in their pocket.
Would like to request DS constructions who is operating this toll plaza to put close circuit tv in each gate (or at least in tag lines) and record video and audio of consumer and attendant to avoid theft of their money.
