Excess toll charges

Dear sir,

i am frequent commuter between delhi to jaipur via car. every time when i was suppose to pay 111 rs for one side toll charges and the break up was 21, 55, 35.

But by the decession of our Govt. of india from 1st April they have increased the toll charges like anything. now onwards we have to pay 23, 79, 38 rs for the same trip.

their is no improvement in road infrastrcture and facility. still its a four line crab with lots of patholes.

please give us the clarifcation of this unreasonable act.
