REFUND ORDER RECEIVED BUT REFUND YET NOT CREDITED TO MY ACCOUNT

I Sourav Rungta had applied for 2625 Shares vide application no - 71439052, and I have received a refund order from your side that refund has been credited to my account mentioning ECS on 27th August but till today No ECS has been credited to my account.
