On 12/08 I had deposited Rs. 94, 500 for the purchase of 2625 shares by Demand draft. 713 shares were received on my Demat account and no information regarding the balance amount was notified to me even after repeated emails from my broker. I still have not received my balance account..
On 12/08 I had applied for shares on the prescribed Form No. 3384411 and sent a Cheque No. 294598 for the same. I received only 713 shares and it was your duty to
return the remaining balance but upto date you have not done anything about it.
Therefore I request you to kindly deduct Rs. 25668.00 and return the refund balance of Rs. 68, 632.00
