Further to my letter dated 29.09. request you to advise your regional office to settlement my claim and I would like to inform you that till today my claim is not settled.
Once again I approached your regional office at Bangalore on 10.02.2009 and explained about the situation, and met Mr. Lakshmi Pathi, Asst. PF Commr., Bangalore, and he has helped me a lot and as per his advise, I had submitted the claim form duly attested by my banker on 10.02.2009 and in response to my application, I got a reply from your regional office at Bangalore vide No. KN/PF/BN/SEC-2/2031-09 informing that they will be settling only my EPF account due to default by the employer and it is surprised to note here that even the same did not settled till today.
I once again approached the regional office on 06.04.2009 requesting settlement of claim, and on enquiry I was told to get the attestation from ex employer, even though I had explained in my earlier letters that I was not able to get the attestation due to default of payment by the employer and escaping to attest by giving false reasons.
I hereby request you to advise your regional office at Bangalore to settle my claim at the earliest as I am badly in need of money to fulfill my personal commitments. Once again I would like to inform you that even though I expressed my helplessness to get the attestation from my ex employer your regional office is insisting me again and again to do so and refusing to settle my claim.
