Due cancellation of train No-2875 DN on 17-06, I along with my family could not travel agaist the I-ticket (PNR No.631-5805225) booked for my journey from Jajpur Keonjhar Road (JJKR), Orissa to New Delhi. For the cancellation, I had submitted the ticket at the Jajpur Keonjhar road railway station, Orissa and obtained the Ticket Deposit Receit (TDR No- 029430, copy attached). As directed by the station master (Jajpur Keonjhar road railway station, Orissa), I had sent the TDR original to Concerned Refund Office at Bhubaneswar, Orissa at address " For KUR, Dy. PO-cum-Claims/Refund Office, East Coast Railway, Bhubaneswar" by registered post for the refund. In this regard I have also sent a letter to General Manager (operations), IRCTC Ltd., 2nd Floor, STC Building, 1, Tolstoy Marg, New Delhi - 110001 on 22-09 along with the details. But, no action has taken so far and the refund amount has not adjusted to my credit card account.
So I request you to intervene and do the needful to refund the amount at the earliest. I am a middle class person and amount of Rs.3500 matters a lot to me.
