COMPLIANT REGARDING THE EXCESS BILL

Respected sir,

I Venu gopal reddy.pulagam one of the customer the BSNL internet service (USING NIC CARD) bearing service number 08855-290045 got the excess bill of total amount 300 (nearly) for first 3 months from the date of my service activation.(approximately form the month of December/ January) when I immediately consulted respective person who is looking at this section he told me that unfortunately a voice service has been activated for which I have not requested and he told me that the amount for the service which I haven’t requested will be returned in the next month bill and he requested me to pay the bill and he deactivated that service, but the amount did not returned when I use to consult him on this issue every month he is post posing it for the next month continuously .so I venugopal reddy. pulagam requesting to verify my account and the service which I have not requested and kindly return the amount.
