This is to file a complaint against a serious lack of service on your part.
we purchased a nicer dicer from you in 2009.

certain articles were missing i.e
1. a peeler
2. a recipie book
3. bill
4. 1 blade
for this we lodged a complaint and we were sent the peeler and the bill but not the other 2 articles, and without the blade the machine is useless, so again a complaint was lodged, and after calling for several times your correspondent asked us to send the whole package back, which was done in november.
since then we've been calling you as we haven't got our machine back
and now since february your correspondent has been asking us to pay the whole amount again to get our machine back!
on denial she says we'll get the old package (without blade), we agreed but still we havent got it back
and everytime your correspondent says 2 weeks, but those 2 weeks never come to an end..
now unless you solve this thing out we'll be forced to move to CONSUMER COURT for our rights..
THIS IS HIGHLY NEGLIGIBLE ON YOUR COMPANY'S PART!!!
and your add's on tv supposedly show you you off as a nice company when your correspondents dont know the way of behaving and dealing with customers and you harrass you customers like this...
we are definately forced to make a bad impression of your company on us and others...
we've bought many things from you in past but wolud never do so in future...
please take an action as soon as possible..
