I ordered the Air Lounge blow up sofa from TELEBRANDS in early July (toady is December 4th) after seeing an advert on the AXN channel on television. After providing my credit card information, I was told that the item would be delivered to my residence by July 19 latest.By July 25 it had still not reached my home, and after repeated calls to TELEBRANDS customer service branch, it finally arrived on July 31!!
That however was not the problem! The problem was that upon opening the package, I discovered, to my complete horror, that the carton was full of some type of old manual / booklet! There was no Air Lounge or pump inside at all! I have witnesses and photographic evidence of this.
During the past four months I have repeatedly contacted TELEBRANDS, however, I have not received even a single response from TELEBRANDS.
I WOULD STRONGLY URGE THE CONSUMER COMPLAINT FORUM TO INTIATE LEGAL PROCEEDINGS AGAINST TELEBRANDS IN LIGHT OF MY AND ALL THE OTHER COMPLAINTS LISTED. THIS TYPE OF BLATANT FRAUD SHOULD NOT BE ALLOWED TO HAPPEN EVEN ONCE, LET ALONE ON NUMEROUS OCCASIONS AS RECOUNTED ON THIS WEBSITE!!
