Data entry cd not working properly

Dear Sir,

I received 4 CDs (one after one) from Dealer U.Baskar of your company, and I install in my PC. But there are no files to enter the data. I will try to contact with U.Baskar (9941774072, 9751220919); but, not available. Sir, I am very poor. And I loss Rs.- (each CD 500/-Rs.). I request you to send a original CD with data entry project (software) to me (without paying to the postman).
