One of my friend joined NIIT Ltd; kalina Centre, for GNIIT (1 Year) course in August Niit promissess her that she will complete their Semister in 6mths but it tooked 1yr to complete a 1st MT . They promised a course duration of 1 year.
Now its February i.e. about 1year & 6 months and they have not been able to complete even half of the course. While joining the course, she had planned for MA. But now she is finding herself into the viscious circle of the NIIT centre. Please tell me what can she do to get her fees back.
