Inspite of so many requests to CGRSHO section of NIIT Head Office and to the Calcutta Office I have not yet received a favorable reply from them so far. This is to remind that I had to lose my job as I was not able to produce the certificates to my employer. This is a do or die situation for me. Ms. Rituparna Rudra of NIIT Calcutta does not know the reason behind of not having my records. May I please know the reason behind it? I passed this course in December 1999. From 2000 I have been reminding the Calcutta officials for my certificates. In the early of 2000 the officials had verbally stated that I had passed all the 4 semesters with more than 50% marks, but when I pressed for the transcripts and the certificates their answer was that they did not have my records with them. This is just an excuse given by the Calcutta officials. I wonder what type of institution is this? I have all the official stamped receipts for the fees paid by me and they are legally bound to give me the transcripts and the certificates. Once again I request you to please instruct the NIIT officials to issue the Transcripts & Certificates of all the 4 semesters of ASM course immediately which I had passed from Camac St. Centre Calcutta and also the CBT course Information Window (Lan Windows) done from Computerdrome Royd St. Calcutta. I have already given all the necessary documents related to my course. (ID Cards, Fee receipts etc.)
I will be eagerly waiting for a favorable reply in this regard at the earliest.
