Non delivery of refill gas cylinde

I am customer of ACME Gas Agency, Sona Park, Makarpura Vadodara, Customer No. 18871. I booked my refill cylinder on 29/11 but delivery has not yet given despite several personal request to the agency also this is happening every time. Pl. look into the complaint
