Sub: Billing dispute – Unsolved grievances – Reg.
Ref: My previous letter dated 04.10. 09.11.2008 and your ref.

With reference to the above, I once against represent that you have changed enormously in regard to interest and late payment fee etc. towards my credit card No.5177 xxxx xxxx 1006.
Time to time I have informed you about my payment particulars through my letters and even then you have not at all responded and not replied any one of the letter with satisfactory reply.
In regard to return of cheque of Indian Bank Cheque No.387954 for an amount of Rs.42, 560/- till date, I have not received the cheque leaf. But in your letter addressed to me you have mentioned that you have despatched my cheque though courier & will reach me within 7 working days but I am yet to receive the same.
As per my bank authorities they have not refused any payment towards the particular cheque. But you have charged interest & late payment fee etc. every month.
In Sep 20 dated statement,
You have charged interest Rs.1, 509/-
Late payment fee Rs. 600/-
Service tax Rs. 186/-
And again even though I have paid entire amount of Rs.60, 705/- through one cheque deducting the above interest & late payment fee for which I am in no way responsible you have charged interest of Rs.652.00 & service charge Rs.80.00 etc.
Likewise for my bill dated October 21 I have paid Rs.5, 170/- through SBI, Villivakkam Branch Cheque No.301123 dated 03.11.2008 but you have not taken an action and not even informed me about non-receipt of my cheque for that also you have charged vide statement dated January 21 late payment fee of Rs.400.00. To this regard I have written a complaint to the SBI, Villivakkam Branch, Chennai also and Xerox copy of the same is enclosed herewith for your reference.
Secondly without my request you have cancelled my credit card and I do not know how you cancelled and like wise without my request again you have issued another new credit card to me. On what basic you have done all these things for this also there is no clarification or reply.
Hence, according to me you have enormously charged interest, late payment fee, etc.

So totally an amount of Rs.3, 427/- was charged on me for which I am not at all responsible. Out of the above an amount of Rs.2, 000/- was paid already and cleared all dues as on date in order to avoid interest charges and late payment charges.
Hence, I appeal to you to reverse the amount of Rs.2, 000/- enormously charged on me.
Hence, you are once again requested to;
1. Reversion amount of Rs.2, 000/-,
2. To return the Indian Bank Cheque No.387954 for an amount of Rs.42, 560/-
3. To return the SBI, Villivakkam Branch Cheque leaf No.301123 dated 03.11.2008 at the earliest and also clarify the above disputes.
In all my cheques I have clearly written my name and contact numbers of land line and mobile phones etc. even then I was not at all contacted to inform about return of cheques and non receipt of cheques etc.
