BROADBAND SERVICE

My broadband is not all working early morning in fact upto 9.00AM.This was brought to the notice pricipal general manager office at least half a dozen times through telephone as well as through e mails, still no action is taken. When I pay Rs 1000/- per month as a minimum fee this is the service they are giving. There is accountability in this dept. Still they get hefty govt salary on the last day of the month and from tax prayer. It is mateer of shame and disgusting even in 2009 .They claim they are tecom gaint.
