No pass word

Dear Sir,

My i-mint card no is 9401151004393408. I received my i- mint card and not able to find my points.

I t reqiures a pass word.which i am not having. Even I go with to find pass word it tell it is wrong. Pl.give me a new pass word for seeing my account
