Sir,

I (Ashok Kumar S/o Sh. Sat Parkash Sharma R/o P-9 South City 1 Gurgaon, i wanted to purchase your mobile connection. Your sales person contact me on phone and he promised me that i will provide you a easy number. first day on dated 17-07-09 he told me that your choice number has been chosen by us and no is 990000685 & then 2 days later when he visited my residence he told me that this no is not available you can get another easy no. after that he provide me 9990004070, i have paid 750/- against this particular no, when my sim activated by your side it was 9990003193 i was surprised. without my knowledge my no. again debared and tell me that you have not submitted your verification id. what should i do now, should i disconnect this number permanently or in such condition continue or submit a application for refund which i have deposited payment 750/- against this number.
