ATM COUNTER TRANJECTION PROBLEM (ID- SIAC4452)

Respected sir/ madam

I am using ATM debit card last 10 years in different bank but last few months I am facing some problem one of your axis bank ATM counter. This ATM counter wanted my local address & contract no in every tranjuction.

ATM COUNTER ADDRESS IS - JAMAL PUR, DIST - BURDWAN, WEST BENGAL, PIN -713408, ATM ID IS - S1AC4452

Today this counter security guard (purnandu Dutt) told me if u are not given your local address & contact no then u are not eligible to access this ATM & his behave is also very bad.

So sir please replay me why this type of condition apply only this atm counter but no other ATM counter, because ATM teranjection is my personal matter & I am not interested to open my personal matter in every person.

I hope u give me proper solution on this problem.
