Acquguard water purifier
Candle Replacement

Dear Sir,

I have purchased Acquaguard water purifier for Rs.8, 500. I don't know the model but it will give ultimately the mineral water..

One the executive from your company has comein for normal checkup and told us to replace the candle.. I was shocked to hear that atleast for one year we have to change the candle for the same.. I don't know why we have to change for one year.. It was not told to us when we purchased..

I wanted to know whether we have to change the candle for every one year.. In this amount we can purchase new steel purifier every year..
