Very pooe service-rude staff

Dear Sirs,

Am not sure if anyone at such a very very chain of stores will take note but here goes

1.There is a store for veges, household, etc at Lauder's Gate, Purasavakam.

Here the staff are rude and even before biliing demand to know if you have change.

There is no counter to pay for any item less than five. You have to wait till the previous persons with

20-30 items finishes. There is a spare machine and uniformed staff but no ones even bothers to look

at you.

2. So I changed stores and went to Ormes road. No better. Same story of attitude, lack of interest.

for two items you have to wait 20mins..

Maybe this is the culture of Reliances. Well you have lost one customer. Also my friends too tell me

the same.

So we all have gone back you our toothless street vendor... Thank You Bo
