Regarding realisation of out station cheques. I have already personally handed over the following complaint with the Branch Manager, SBI, Saidapet Bazaar Road Branch on 22.10. but till date (28.10.2009) the amount has not been credited to my account. Hence I request the SBI authorities to look into this matter immediately and even after 46 days the amount has not been credited in my account.

I have deposited two cheques for Rs.18, 591-27 and Rs.17067-84
(Cheque Nos.311956 and dt. 4.9. HDFC Bank, Hyderabad in your branch on 12.9.2009. The said two cheques were returned twice and an amount of Rs.75/- for each cheque has been debited to my above account on 16/9 and on 23/9. The reason given by the drawee bank being ‘Cheque not drawn on this branch’. Subsequently I received the cheques and as per your cash officer’s advice again deposited the above cheques on 3.10.2009.
I wish to state that the above two cheques were not realized till date even though the above cheques were deposited with your branch as early on 12.9.2009. Hence I request the Branch Manager to enquire about the realization of the above two cheques and credit the proceeds immediately on receipt of this letter. Further I request the Branch Manager to give credit of the amount of Rs.300/-debited in my account for the above transactions.
