Nonactivation of 49 paise per min plan

Sir,

as per your guideline I had sent a message ACT 45 from my prepaid mobile 0n 17/11 at about 0930hrs for activation of 49 paise per min plan. The confirmatory message from your end said that the same would be activated in 24 hours. I am sorry to say that the desired service has not been activated as yet i.e after six days in spite of my talking to your helpline at least on two occasions. could you please look into the issue.
