Error 678 internet not work

i have get my bsnl broadband connection ulimited at 08.09.2008 . i regert to said that my bsnl broad band did not work it shows error 678.

the remot computer did not respond

i complain to the s.d.o no: 9412056100 mr. ruthan but he did not solve my problem.

please manage my problem and start my internet
