MONEY STUCK IN ATM

I SHAMSHAD BHISHAM PAHUJA SAVING ACCOUNTHOLDER NO.62037447310, I WITHDREW THE AMOUNT OF RS 3000 ON 28 AUGUST FROM ATM CARD NO.5044352098500013074, BUT IT GAVE ME ONLY RS1000 AND THE REST OF THE AMOUNT RS 2000 WAS STUCK IN THE ATM.I GAVE THE COMPLAIN ON THE SAME DAY BUT MRS KRANTI OF KHARGHAR BRANCH LOST THE LETTER TOLD TO GIVE ANOTHER ONE, GAVE THE SECOND COMPLAIN LETTER ALSO BUT IN VAIN, AS I M HEAVILY PREGNANT AND WITH THE COMPLICATED CASE NOT ALLOWED BY DOCTORS TO GO OUT, MRS KRANTI DIDNT ACCEPTED AUTHORITY LETTER FROM ME, AS I SEND MY BROTHER SHAIKH SAJID TO THE BANK, MRS KRANTI FORCED HIM TO CALL THE ACCOUNT HOLDER TO COME TO THE BANK, SOMEHOW I MANAGED TO GO TO THE BRANCH SHE PROMISED ME TO REFUND THE AMOUNT IN JUST 2DAYS.THAT WAS NOT DONE AS NOW ITS ALREADY 10DAYS AND WHEN MY BROTHER VISITED HER ON 23 AUGUST SHE TOLD SHE GOT THE LETTER FROM MANAGER AND WILL BE DEPOSITING IT IN THE SAME EVENING ITSELF.BUT TILL DATE I CHECKED THE ACCOUNT NOTHING HAS BEEN CREDITED IN MY ACCOUNT.IM FED UP WITH THE BANK AS WELL AS MRS KRANTI GIVING ME FALSE PROMISES AS WELL AS HARESSING ME SINCE LAST 1MONTH.HOPE MY COMPLAIN WILL BE SORT OUT AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.
