I recently ordered a wardrobe in nitraa furntures, adyar, chennai on october 2nd 2009 and they specifed a delivery date on 10th of october... The material (they usually assemble in your house by brings the cut pieces) on 8th october itself..but even after one week they didnt send a fitter to fix that up... I have called then nearly 10 times a day but they dont response properly ..The only reply from them will be they will check from the dispatch and shall call in few minutes..but they never return your call... its a big pain and stress after you spend lots of money and at last you need to chase them to get it fixed also... Very poor customer service... I am still waiting for them to come and get it fixed... they dont cancel our order also if we ask them to do so also...
