RECENTLY I HAD BOOKED RAILWAY TICKETS THROUGH IRCTC, N.DELHI.PAYMENT HAS BEEN SETTLED THROUGH E-PAYMENT AGAINST YOUR CREDIT CARD IN EMI TRANSACTION. UNFORTUNATELY, 2 TICKETS HAS CANCELLED THROUGH INTERNET FOR THE AMOUN OF RS.1252.00 AND RS.666.00 THESE TWO TICKETS AMOUNT RS.1253 AND RS.666 RETURNED AND CREDIT THROUGH YOUR BAND SEP.08 AND 0CT.08 RESPECTIVELY.IN THE MEANTIME YOUR BANK HAS SENT DETAILED AMORTIZATION SCHEDULE TO US. IN THIS STATEMENT AGAIN YOU HAVE RECOVERED THE EMI AMOUNT FOR CANCELLED TICKETS. I REQUEST YOU TO RETURNED THE ADDITIONAL RECOVERED FROM THE MONTH OCT.08 AND NOV.08.E-MAIL HAS SENT BY ME TO YOUR CUSTOMER CARE@ICICI BANK.COM.THERE IS NO POSITIVE REPLY FROM YOUR BANK.
