Poor service and irresponsible

Dear Sir/Madam,

Last weak i saw in loksatta newspaper that due to price hike of fuel, travelling charges also going to rise. I travel everyday by NMMT bus from thane CIDCO stand. whenever the bus arrive at bus depot it stands there for 10-15mins keeping the engine on. Once i asked the driver why your are not keeping the engine off, he told me that its not my money so let it be on. Please take some action on this immediately. I will be thankful if i get some feedback from you.
