For vat exemption

Hello,

we purchase LPG GAS from marudhar gas service, jodhpur (rajasthan). party charges us vat 12.5%. we are an authorised 100% E.O.U.against vat we issued the vat exemption certificate. we remind the party many times but didn't any care. we requested to you that allows us for issue vat exemption certificate.
