Hi!

I have a problem with your dealer Platinum Auto Sales, SCO-46, Phase-2, Near Bassi Cinema, Mohali having phone Nos. 0172-2270370, 2272372. I want to tell you that I had purchased New Activa Honda from your Dealer Krishna Honda, Chadigarh. But after one Free service from Mohali Branch I faced some problem with Self Start. When I took my activa to Mohali Branch they took my New Battery & sent it for repacement on dated 10-11. But I am not able to get New Battery (Exide) from your Mohali Dealer on dated 25-11 (Means approx. 2 weeks) for this. I am very upset because of Self Start, All other functions like Buzzer, Self Start & Indicators are not working. Please make sure for early repacement & told your dealer to solve such minor problems on the spot, so that the customer will not face any problem.
