BROAD BAND INTERNET BILL

Sir,

I am a customer of bsnl broad band at Nautanwa Distt Maharajganj (UP East). My telephone no is 05522-234950.

I submitted my application for 560 Rs. plan and my connection connected on 27 of March 08 but I got my bill as per 250/- Rs home plan with billing period from Feb 08.

After this I send a application to change my plan (Rs. 750/- Unlimited plan) to Commercial oficer TDM office Gorakhpur on 27 May 08.

Now I want to know my connection status.

Also I want to know that how can I change my data one broadband password.
